The upper floor's living and kitchen area, where you will gather while indoors, has an open floor plan with everything you need for cooking. This home is well kept with many original features of the old Tahoe cabin. You will enjoy the large deck in the back with your morning coffee or good book. The kids and adults alike will love the lower floor ping pong room, designed for pure family fun. Eight people (two families or a group of friends) will enjoy the home and location. On the main floor, you have all three bedrooms. Two with queen beds and the third bedroom has 3 twin beds and a twin trundle if needed. The lowest floor features the game room with a nice ping pong table. . You may choose to grab a burger or Chambers Punch at the Chambers Landing Bar and Grill, or a sandwich and groceries at Tahoma Market and Grill. For a night out, explore the restaurants in Tahoe City (less than 5 miles). Parking: Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance. Other things to Note: * Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed. It may be put away for the winter and or for High Wind Red Flag warning days. Propane is not provided in winter months due to limited access. * There is no air conditioning at this home. Our temperatures stay low in the evening in Lake Tahoe, and fans are available for use. *Minimum Renter Age Requirement: 25 years *Maximum Nighttime Occupancy: 8 adults *Maximum Daytime Occupancy: 12 adults *Occupancy: Nighttime occupancy is defined as 2 people per bedroom, plus 2 additional people, excluding children under 12 years of age. Never to exceed 12 adults in larger homes. Nighttime occupancy limits begin at 9:00 PM. Daytime occupancy is defined as one and a half times the maximum number of occupants allowed to stay overnight at the unit, excluding children under 12. You will have total privacy, but we are available to assist you 24 hours/day if needed. Included in your cleaning fee are a $50 administrative fee and a $59.95 damage waiver that covers up to $1,000 in accidental damages that are reported to us at the time the damage occurred. You can contact our office after you make the booking if you want to avoid the damage waiver and we will replace it with a $1,000 security deposit. Parking is not allowed on the street from Nov 1 - May 1 so you will want to carpool accordingly.
