These are beautifully designed, with beach views and privacy. Off road parking. Walk to Northton’s beautiful 5 beaches in 5 min. Cosy and fully equipped with own bathroom and good bed. Luskentyre beach at a 10m drive. Wildlife at your doorstep. Relax, tranquility key for birdwatchers, cyclists, beach&nature lovers. Seals, Otters, Eagles, St Kilda. The space Puffin and Peregrine Tiny house are surrounded by wildlife and beaches, each on their own private large plot, with trees and birds. These unique tiny houses offer lovely beach views towards Scarista beach, and are cosy and well equipped! They have has an ensuite shower room, with a power shower, toilet, washbasin. Further a good bed, quality sofa, 4 hob, microwave, large sink, fridge with small freezer compartment. Private outer space with outside drying facilities, outside seatings to enjoy the sun and beachviews, off road designated parking and are a 5 min walk from Northton’s five jewel beaches. The walk to the ruin of the Temple over these 5 beaches is stunning! At Leverburgh hub there are professional washing and drying machines, bring coins even for hikers with sleeping bags and wet gear, this is very handy when walking or cycling the Hebridean way. The Clachan Co-op shop is 5 min away to stock up and has fuel. Charging points for electric cars at Leverburgh Pier. Oh …no fire pits allowed for fire risks at our wooden houses, but how lovely is it to bbq and have a fire 🔥 at the beach 🏖️ ! We are situated off the A589 spinal route, opposite Croft 36, for fresh seafood 🍤 , pizza, this bakery shack opens at 11.00 The tiny houses are a lovely base to explore the Outer Hebrides to the full. One tiny house is usually booked, the other might be available, one takes a dog, the other doesn’t. Branch off, we are half way the village on your left. Your designated parking is the 3rd entrance from the red phone box. Walk through the gate (always close please) and you see Puffin left and Peregrine right. We are there to welcome you and inform you about walks, beach access, fishing, wildlife etc. Unless we made different arrangements. Please let us know your time of arrival, usually welcome between 16.00-16.30, leaving at 10.00. Any questions, please ask! No bbq or fire pit allowed near our wooden tiny houses please, at the beach is always fine! Shops and restaurants are closed on Sundays. Other things to note Dog Policy: 1 well behaved small medium sized dog is welcome on request only! We understand you want to bring your best friend as we also love dogs and have them all our lives, but we need to have a strict policy. Dog Policy: dog is not allowed on or in bed, not on the sofa, not in the shower, bring on the leash, pick up please and bin, bring his her own Dog bed or bench and Dog towels. Don’t leave the dog alone in the house. Damage must be paid in full, and hoover before you leave please. We are not accepting large, nor aggressive breeds, so please enquire. Fee is £10 per night Please pay in cash on arrival, staying longer, extra nights are due to be paid on arrival please. £100 good housekeeping fee on arrival in an envelope, which will be returned no quibble if you leave the house as you found it.
