For stays longer than 7 days, the fee is calculated as $100 per 7-day period. Early check‑in and late checkout are sometimes possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. When it works with the schedule, we’re happy to offer extra hours at $20 per hour. This helps cover the cost of bringing in additional staff so the house can be fully cleaned and prepared for you and for our next guests. If you’re interested, let us know at least five days ahead of time and we’ll confirm what’s available closer to your arrival or departure. 1. Strictly NO PARTIES/EVENTS, or any group of gathering. *By the city ordinance, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours (8 pm-8 am) are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a noise monitor to detect the level of volume. They are located in the backyard. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. 2. No smoking, vaping, E-cigarettes, or marijuana (any drugs) inside the house. 3. No animals are allowed. *Sorry, we love animals, but my daughter is extremely allergic to animals. Please do not bring animals! Thank you. 4. No unregistered visitors. *Please select the correct number of guests when you are making the booking. 5. Clark County residents are NOT allowed to book per local ordinance. 6. DO NOT hang out, drink, or smoke in the front yard and porch. 7. We have one security camera on the front porch, one facing the entry, one facing the driveway, and one facing the pool. They are on 24/7 and designed for the safety of both our guests and property.
