The villa is part of a gated community with 24/7 security. The villa is located on Level 3 wherein you have to climb around 40 Steps to reach the villa. GROCERIES – if you want groceries to be done prior to your arrival, please let us know the list in advance and we will get it organized for you. During your stay, we will provide you with the number of a delivery service. MEALS – We can provide you the phone number of a cook on call (she charges on cost for the ingredients and adds a preparation fee, she is very reasonable). Else, Zomato and Swiggy deliver to the building. 🏠Monthly Stays We offer monthly discounts for long stays (greater than 28 days) - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 20,000 security deposit at the time of check-in against these. LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the villa at that time.
