The Garden House Seaview, a secluded private space

Relax and enjoy our recently built Garden House. Set in peaceful surroundings with a private west facing private garden (with seating) and a large covered veranda (good for summer sunsets and outside living - even if it’s raining). Seaview’s village shops, local beaches and coastal walks are all close by. All rooms have modern electric heating (snug for winter visits) and there is good ‘through’ ventilation for those hot summer days and nights. We provide a starter ‘breakfast’ pack. The space This is a one bedroom cottage with a king size double bed and an en-suite shower room; a separate living / dining room with french windows onto a large covered veranda, comfortable chairs, a dining table; and a ‘kitchen in a cupboard’ (with microwave, double hob, fridge and dishwasher). Both rooms have modern electric heating. There is a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The garden is secluded with maturing shrubs and a table with four chairs. We offer free use of two paddle boards, an EV charging point in the parking area. Beach towels and shampoos are provided for your convenience and books and local ordinance survey maps are also available. Guest access Private access from the parking area to the Garden House through its own maturing garden. Key lock box on fence by house. Other things to note There are lots of good local walks close by (coastal and inland). There is an old style ‘Village’ shop run by volunteers in the High street for all provisions. There is also a new and very good Nisa store in Nettlestone that has a good range of ready meals (both Co-op and Cook) suitable for a microwaving. A Tesco Extra can be found nearby (within 5 miles) and is the closest for petrol and free ATMs. We provide off street parking and the use of an EV charging point in the parking area. Bicycle hire can be arranged with delivery to the house at favourable rates - just ask and we will send you details. Guests have free use of two Paddle boards and beach towels are included along with shampoo. There is an outside tap for washing things down.
