These are normal wear and tear, and we are actively refreshing and upgrading the villa—starting with a brand-new sofa on the way! There are ongoing constructions inside the residence, it is out of our control during the day, but we do have respected quiet time after 7pm so please do let us know if it is noisy after then. Noise is considerably reduced when inside the villa and inside the rooms. Security and management of the villa are always helpful and respectful of quite time. I understand noise could be important aspect for some people, for this reason our rate per night is reduced compared to other villas in the area.
