Guest access The whole house Other things to note - An additional 11 percent Mendocino county tax will be charged automatically. - Cell reception in some parts of the coast can be spotty, regardless of which carrier you have. Please take this into account when planning your trip. - PETS! Yes, we are a pet-friendly house. One well-behaved dog is allowed per stay. Your dog must be fully housebroken. Dogs that need pee pads are not permitted. Please tell us about your pet, including breed and size, prior to your arrival. A pet fee of $50 per stay plus applicable taxes, is due upon booking. If there is excessive dog hair, dirt, and/or sand tracked into the Cottage, or other needed clean-up, guests will be assessed an additional cleaning fee. We'll send you a full list of pet house rules and ask that you agree to the rules before booking. - The Cottage is on a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper in the toilet and do not pour grease down the kitchen sink. -We live in a remote area, surrounded by redwoods and the ocean. Please be aware that wildlife, including ants, spiders, raccoons, and bears, are common in the area. While we do our best to prevent animals from entering the house, occasional visitors may still find their way inside. - With advanced notice and additional fees, we can provide services such as grocery shopping, meal prep, and catering. We can also help with activity or restaurant reservations. Please contact us for more information. -We take cleaning and sanitation between guests very seriously. Our cleaning fee includes a deep clean prior to your stay - If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible.
