Enjoy the direct oceanfront views from this cozy 1st floor poolside condo! Sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your private patio, only steps away from the heated pool and private, gated beach access. Crescent Beach, located just 10 miles south of the Old City of St. Augustine, is considered one of Florida's best kept secrets! Soft, sugar sand above the tideline, and firm sand as the tide recedes is excellent for walking, jogging, and bicycling. The space Our condo is apprx. 418 sq. ft., including the patio. Private bedroom with king bed, one full bathroom with shower/jacuzzi tub, kitchenette with apartment sized 4 burner cooktop and oven, living room with full size couch with pull out queen sleeper. You will have access to PRIVATE Wi-Fi (up to 300 mbps, per Xfinity)! This is NOT a SHARED network! Both TV's are Roku's with hundreds of streaming channels. Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself! Other things to note We have TWO dehumidifiers in this condo, one that is always on, the other to assist if necessary. Nothing beats DRY furniture! And nothing smells worse than wet furniture... We maintain humidity level <60%. The BBQ Grill area is only steps away from the front door, making grilling much easier than most other units in this building. No stairs! Grill utensils are provided, but you'll need to purchase charcoal briquettes. There are no propane grills. This is an AirBnB, our 'second home', not a hotel. Because some of our guests arrive late in the evening, we happily provide a starter kit of coffee, sweetener and creamer, etc., basic shampoo, conditioner, soap, and enough toilet paper to get you started. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to bring or purchase more. FULL DISCLOSURE: If you like to sleep with white noise or fans, you'll love it here! Both AC units are wall units with dehumidifiers nearby, and when running provide a constant sound. If you desire complete silence for sleeping or watching TV, you may want to continue your search elsewhere.
