House Rules: -NO SHOES INSIDE -Absolutely NO PARTIES -NO SMOKING - An extra cleaning fee of Rs. 2000 will be charged if the property and its contents are not cleaned properly after use HOME TRUTHS - Although the stay is deemed safe, guests are advised to exercise necessary caution. - There are CCTV cameras installed in the common areas for security purposes. - Children must be supervised all the time while they are in or around the pool. - The caretaker/security may stay at the premises of the same property - The house is powered by the Kerala State Electricity Board, with solar battery backups to cover power outages for necessary electrical items like fan, lights and kithen items . However during KSEB grid work/outtages, A/C won't work.
