Bluey

Bluey is a cute and convenient Studio Apartment located in the heart of Terang. Behind the front picket fence is a lovely paved alfresco area, ideal to sit and relax after a busy day. Bluey offers a well equipped bathroom with open shower, toilet and laundry facilities. There is a spacious kitchen, small dining area and cosy lounge nook. A comfortable Queen bed is located at the rear of the room. A side door leads to a small back verandah and secure yard. There is on street parking out front. The space Bluey is an open-planned space of one room which includes a kitchen, dining, lounge and sleeping area. There is a separate bathroom with laundry facilities. Furnishings are simple and traditional. There is a small undercover verandah and enclosed outdoor space to the side of the unit accessed from inside which provides a nice spot to sit and enjoy some sunshine. The front alfresco area is paved and provides a sheltered space to sit and watch the activity in the town. Guest access The open plan allows access to all of the above areas. There is a door to the left when you enter the front door. This is always locked and is used for private use only. The bin area is shared between the Shop on the corner and the unit. Please check the number of the bins correspond with 9C. Much appreciated. Other things to note A park directly out front of the unit is more than likely, however not guaranteed. There are plenty of parks in the vicinity and on the other side of the road within eye sight of the unit.
