With ample seating, an umbrella for shade, and a propane BBQ at your disposal, savoring delicious meals amidst the serene surroundings is an absolute delight. The expansive yard beckons you to engage in friendly competition at the horseshoe pit or gather around the inviting firepit for cozy evenings under the starry sky. NOTE: Lake access is a short walk to Tuyll street. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. NOTE: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles Other things to note Primary renter must be 25 yrs old and provide government issued photo id All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Max 1 Hypoallergenic dog is allowed but must sign pet addendum Linens are available for $20/per person.
