Room keys are to be always returned in the key box. Lost keys are chargeable at 75€. 4. Monthly bookings from 28 nights are for a MINIMUM OF 3 PERSONS; EXTRA PERSONS are 275€ each and exclude utility bills, wifi/TV connection, and after-check-out cleaning fees. Monthly Utility bill costs: €140 (2 people), €160 (3 people), €180 (4 people), price adjustment according to the final number of people €25 wifi/TV connection monthly €200, which applies to laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works, which are paid in advance at the property on arrival or via the Airbnb resolutions.
