The apartment is located in a well-kept house on a quiet street in the Bochum city park district near downtown. The 42 square meter apartment with a smart TV, fast WiFi and shared washing machine was renovated a year ago and completely refurnished. 2 minutes to the mining museum and U-Bahn stop (U35 directly to the university & to Herne). Many other Bochum attractions (Starlight Express, planetarium, city park, Bermuda3Eck) are not far away. The space Small note about the bathroom: There is NO bathtub but "only" a shower area. Despite the photos, there is always confusion :=)) Please also note that in a 42 sqm apartment with an independent bedroom and living room as well as separate bathroom and shower, the kitchen area cannot be luxurious. This is small but still fine with a full-fledged fridge, microwave and 2-way induction hotplates as a mobile version as well as with sufficient dishes and pots for self-catering. Guest access The apartment has its own access and can be used without restriction and very privately. Other things to note The check-in or Check-out times are not set in stone. Depending on the occupancy, I am very flexible and open to making an earlier check-in or a later check-out possible ... just ask and we will find a solution :=))
