Rural, cozy and fresh accommodation with proximity to both Gothenburg and Marstrand. Walking distance to Guddehjälm nature reserve with nice walking paths. Close to the bus stop that takes you to both the city and the sea. There is also a bike path to Kungälv. 30 minutes by car or bus to Gothenburg. 20 minutes to Marstrand. 3 km to grocery store. Towels and sheets are included! The space You will live in a newly decorated part of the barn. There is a large living room with high ceilings, a kitchen, bathroom, a larger bedroom downstairs and 2 cozy sleeping lofts with a comfortable staircase up from the living room. The bedroom downstairs has a double bed (2 beds of 80 cm). One loft has a bed of 140 cm and a junior bed. A footbridge leads to the second loft, where there are 2 beds of 80 cm and a sofa bed of 120 cm. You can be 6 adults and 3 kids. Linen and towels are included! The kitchen is fully equipped. And the bathroom also has a washer/dryer. There are 3 patios. One with exit from the living room and one outside the entrance. There's also a small patio in the shade under a tree. There is a small playhouse for the children as well as a trampoline (approx. April-October). We live in the house next door and are mostly available if anything needs help. Guest access There is a trampoline (about April-Oct), playhouse and swing set for the children. 100 meters up on the meadow by our little forest there is a tree house, small cable car and suspension bridge. Children are welcome! We have a type 2 charging box for electric cars at cost price. Other things to note You should not be allergic to cats because our cat sometimes sneaks into the guest house. We have 2 beehives. Vegetable cultivation, fruit trees and berry bushes. You are welcome to taste them when in season. We have our own small forest where you can climb up a small mountain. Perfect for kids to make a picnic excursion.
