207B - 1BR/1 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl The space One Queen DP (Deep Pocket) bed and two built-in Twin (bunk) beds in the bedroom upstairs. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 55" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer, and dryer rack. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. No pets allowed as per owner. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Our minimum age to rent is 25.
