The main living room has tall, cathedral ceilings with displays of Marvel artwork around the space. A great perk -- first floor master bedroom with en suite full bathroom! Enjoy your favorite Avengers movie with complimentary Disney+ access and built in surround sound...you'll feel like you're at your very own movie theatre! Head down to the finished basement where you'll find an awesome second hangout area with another TV and ample seating. Play a game of pool or challenge your friends to a game of air hockey! EXTRA CHARGES Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750+ charge for extra cleaning entailed. Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $150+ charge. Any evidence of parties or gatherings inside the house will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering. PET POLICY $75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation) All pets must be kenneled and house trained All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets
