The yard is partially fenced in and the patio is located conveniently right outside the kitchen. Springdale is a section of Stamford that has a small-town feel. Walking distance to good pizza and a shopping center with supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, bank, other restaurants and a gas station. Less than a 15-minute drive to several area beaches.
