Plenty of space to gather all together or spread out & get some "alone time" after hrs w/ "you know who." We are located near Breezy Point Resort w/ 3 golf courses, beaches/docks/public access. Restaurants: North Star, Antler's, Dockside, Marina II, Palmer's Grill, Commander/JJ's Pub, SUBWAY, Caribou Coffee, Chocolate Ox, Arcade & Serenity Spa. Plus liquor, grocery, gas, live bait... The space Open kitchen/dining/living room space + fun rec room/lounging area for all. Beautiful, private back patio, gas grill, fire table, firepit & fenced yard + fun front patio. Primary on main floor has King bed, TV, dressers w/private bathroom. Upstairs Queen rm 2 has TV, closet; Queen rm 3 has 2 closets; Pelican's Nest has 2 Kings w/ TV & sitting area. Upstairs share full bathroom + extra makeup vanity + full length mirrors galore to get ready. Fifth bedroom on main has trundle (double + pull out Twin) w/ closet & main floor full bathroom. All beds are memory foam/hybrid mattress. Guest access You will have access to 6 parking spaces (or 8 or 9 depending upon size of vehicle) on our driveway plus snowmobiles on the yard or fenced backyard when the white snow flies. As for the house, you will have full access except for a couple of closets reserved for our personal items. The rest is yours to enjoy! Other things to note You will have access to all appliances, kitchen gadgets plus elegant, eclectic and casual dishes/glasses/utensils. The pantry is full of spices and other cooking essentials to help you with your cooking adventures. If you decide not to eat out at one of the delicious local restaurants AND you don't want to cook yourself, we also have private chefs willing to come cook onsite for a special treat! If your group needs safe transportation to and from area destinations a little further away, Ole's shuttle service will take care of you. Guests love this option! The city of Breezy Point is VERY golf cart friendly so you can also reach out after booking and we can share local golf cart rentals that can be delivered to your front porch so you can explore the area! The famous Chocolate Ox (ice cream/specialties) is opening up May 2026. That would be a fun golf cart ride...daily...if you have a sweet tooth or know someone who does! If you aren't an avid golfer or need to entertain the littles if they are tired of swimming at the 3 beaches at the resort, you can burn off energy at the new Mini-golf course 4 blocks away. The North Star Restaurant (1.7 mi) features golf simulators for rainy days plus they have craft beer, regular beer (lol), wine, and Rootbeer for the kiddos on a giant tap wall. They feel pretty cool going up using a "card" and pouring their own drink.
