Guest access 🌿 Space Description • 🏠 Your private space: Once you enter the home, all areas of the stairs and upper floors are your private space. • 🌳 Shared space: The front and back yard are common areas, please take care of them with other residents. • 🚪 Lower floor: The lower floor is another small independent apartment, which has its own entrance from the backyard. Other things to note 🏡 House rules ✅ Number of guests and pets (dogs/cats only) Please be sure to fill in the actual number of guests and pets you are bringing when you are making a booking. If you need to add more guests or pets, please request a change to your booking in advance through the platform. The additional fees declared are: • AUD $30/person/night • AUD $50/pet/night ⚠️ If we find out that the number of guests or pets has been increased without prior notice, Violation fees will be charged according to the following criteria: • AUD $60/person/night • AUD $100/pet/night Please understand that this may affect your eligibility for future stays. 🚗 Parking instructions • There is parking for 2 cars at the front door of the house, as well as street parking. • No parking in spot A and B, please be mindful of compliance. 💰 Avoid extra charges • 🕒 Early check-in: to be contacted in advance, additional charges may be incurred. • In the🧴 accommodation: Makeup removal Please do not use white towels to avoid leaving stain which is difficult to wash out. • After🍽️ eating: Please wash and put away cutlery dishes and chopsticks, extra cleaning charges will apply if not washed. • 🐾 Pets: Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas or additional cleaning will be charged. • ⏰ Check out time: before 11am; late check out will be charged $60 per hour. Quiet 🤫 neighborhood • Please respect the neighborhood and respect the community quiet rules. • The area is a quiet neighborhood, and gatherings are prohibited; please be quiet from 10 pm to 7 am. 🐾 Common area use • The front yard is shared with the backyard and may encounter other residents. • Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the yard for other occupants. 🔌 EV Charging Electricity is only included for daily use. If you need to charge an electric vehicle, be sure to communicate with the Host in advance and get approval. An additional electricity fee will be charged for charging. Using the electricity to charge vehicles without permission may cause the power to trip and pose a safety risk, and the related costs will be borne by the guest.
