Stay in our 4-star furnished tourist accommodation located in Rivière St Louis. On a plot of 1300 m2, you can enjoy the swimming pool, a wooded and flowered garden and our two terraces suspended over the river. The summer kitchen and brazier area are also at your disposal for relaxing moments outdoors. 2 lodges for 5 people each are located on the property. The outdoor areas (swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, brazier, parking) are common to the 2 lodges. The space This rental is ideal for a family of 5 thanks to its two bedrooms equipped with a 160 cm double bed and a 140 cm triple bed at the bottom and 90 cm at the top. Every room has a large dressing room and air conditioning. The comfortable living room equipped with a smart TV is open to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and washing machine). Finally, the rental includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet. The living room has access to a 20 m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture and a dining table. Each lodge has a private barbecue. A children's playground is available for your toddlers (reserved for your lodge only). The property has a spacious parking lot with 2 private and secure parking spaces per lodge. Guest access The lodges are located on a pleasant and quiet 1300 m2 property. The property is fully reserved for tenants of the 2 lodges. The outdoor spaces are common to both lodges. The keys will be given to you at the beginning of the stay by our receptionist or left at your disposal in the key box provided for this purpose. All access arrangements will be communicated to you before your arrival. 2 private and secure parking spaces per lodge. Included in the price for the night: Consumables: dishwashing liquid, sponge, garbage bags, toilet paper, welcome tea and coffee. Linens: bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, mats.
