Norfolk Barn Yard is a modern courtyard development offering spacious rural living close to the North Norfolk Coast at nearby Brancaster Beach. There is on-site dedicated parking for 3 cars, 2 double bedrooms with one en-suite and a single bedroom which can be extended to a double 'trundle' bed. TV situated in the Kitchen and Front Lounge and BT Wifi throughout. The space There is an open-plan lounge-kitchen with breakfast bar overlooking the rear patio and the open agricultural fields beyond which extend down toward the coast. There is a separate 'snug' for TV in the front lounge (Theme Room). All bedrooms, 2 doubles and a single (with trundle extension to double), are on the first floor. Guest access Guests have use of the entire property - including dedicated parking for three cars and one optional additional general parking space, closer to the road, in case of need. Other things to note BT wifi is available.
