Welcome to beautiful Sefton & our heritage home, parts dating back to 1865. Wake to the sound of birdsong in & decide what to do for the day, be it chilling onsite, fishing, exploring walks around Mt Thomas or visiting the many vineyards only 20mins drive away. With Rangiora and Christchurch a mere 10-25 mins drive there is plenty to do and see before relaxing in a tranquil country setting. Well behaved pets are welcome. Please note we have chickens, cats & stock so care needs to be taken The space Your accommodation is in a studio cottage beside the main residence. You also have full access to the courtyard area and are welcome to use the barbecue provided. You will no doubt be joined by our dog Digby and maybe a cat or two. Well behaved pets are welcome. Please note this is a working farm and we have cattle, sheep, chickens and cats so care still needs to be taken. You are welcome to explore the property however it’s best to treat all fencing as electric Other things to note This a working farm and as such there are a lot of electric fences. You are welcome to wander around but please use gates rather than climbing fences to avoid undue pain
