The space Welcome to Camden’s Cabana! We’ve worked hard to make this a true "home away from home." Recent 2026 Updates: Brand new LVP flooring throughout the 1st floor and all upstairs bathrooms. Fresh interior paint throughout the entire home. New bathtub installed in the upstairs guest bathroom. The Layout: Kitchen: Updated with quartz countertops and a breakfast bar. Fully stocked with a crockpot, gas grill (stored in garage), and a dual-function Keurig. Living Area: Overlooks one of the two community pools and a pond where you can watch ducks and turtles. The Deck: Covered and private, with direct access to the pool just steps away. Sleeping Arrangements: Master (Upstairs): King Serta iComfort + Daybed w/ Trundle & En-suite Bath. Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): King Serta iComfort + Pack N Play. Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): King High-Quality Hybrid (Firm—great for back support!). Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Bunk Beds with memory foam mattresses! SUMMER 2026 CALENDAR: Our high season runs from May 31st through August 8th. During these specific dates, we only accept weekly bookings with a Sunday arrival and Sunday departure. General Rules: Must be 25+ to rent. No smoking and no pets. Security cameras monitor the front parking area and back deck/stairs for your safety. The Summer Trolley stop is right outside the complex for easy rides to the Boardwalk! Guest access Entire Space Other things to note There is a trolley stop in front of the complex where you can catch free rides during the high season on the Pensacola Beach trolley that runs from the east end of Pensacola Beach to the boardwalk & the west end of the beach. It's great to be able to leave your car parked for the week and catch free rides to do things on pensacola beach! Also, we typically leave beach chairs, carts and some beach toys in the garage that our guests are free to use! Lastly, Cowley park which offers tennis / pickleball courts, a basketball court, a track and a playground for kids is just an easy 1 mile walk/ride/drive down a flat residential road.
