Step into our spacious, open floor plan studio where a king-sized bed awaits, promising a night's rest that feels like floating on a cloud. The bathroom boasts a roomy shower, and we're thoughtfully stocked with plush towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and even an iron/ironing board. In the kitchenette, discover a fridge, stovetop (no oven), microwave, toaster, and, the star of the show, a coffee maker. To jumpstart your mornings, we provide a starter supply of coffee K-cups, sugar, and creamer. Entertainment is covered with a Smart TV featuring Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps. (Bring your own account logins.) You can also enjoy a cozy night in with the board games we've included. Parking is a breeze with ample free street spaces in the neighborhood. We extend a warm welcome to potty-trained, well-behaved dogs — up to 2 per stay — for a fee of $25 per night per dog. (Collected via the Resolution Center after booking. Check out the House Rules for more details.) Discover the hidden gem of The Nashville Nest, situated in the heart of walkable East Nashville — the epicenter for foodies, creatives, and hipsters alike. Come experience a stay that goes beyond the ordinary. Book your getaway at The Nashville Nest, where the charm of East Nashville meets the comfort of home. Guests have complete and private access to the entire studio, located above our detached home office. It is accessible off the back alley and street parking is available. No outdoor space or backyard access. We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/creamer/sugar, hand/dish soap, and toiletries. The Nashville Nest is in fun, vibrant East Nashville, with quick/easy access to just about everything you'd want to do in the city. There are numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops, music venues, and shops in short walking distance (1/2 mile or less). We're only 1/2 mile to Five Points, the social center of East Nash; less than 2 miles to downtown. Close and convenient access to: »» Joyland (burgers/breakfast sandwiches), Hawkers (Asian street fare), Attaboy (craft cocktails), Hunters Station (food hall), Five Points Pizza, Bongo East (coffee shop) all less than a 10 min walk (.5 mile or less) »» Five Points - hip East Nashville neighborhood with bars & restaurants (.5 miles / 10 min) »» Nissan Stadium / CMA FEST (1.2 miles / 4 min) »» Broadway bars & honky tonks/live music, like Tootsies, Acme, FGL House (1.8 miles / 6 min) »» Music City Center (1.9 miles / 6 min) »» Bridgestone Arena (2.1 miles / 7 min) »» Ryman Auditorium (2.1 miles / 9 min) »» Germantown neighborhood (2.4 miles / 8 min) »» Music Row (3.2 miles / 12 min) »» 12 South neighborhood (4.7 miles / 12 min) »» Vanderbilt (3.9 miles / 13 min) »» Belmont (4.4 miles / 11 min) »» Grand Ole Opry (10.7 miles / 17 min) »» BNA Nashville Airport (7.6 miles / 12 min) Remember that, being so close to downtown, it's an urban neighborhood. If you're a new user on Uber, you can get a discount on your first ride with the following promo codes. (This is a big help if you plan to use a rideshare service from the airport!) Uber: uberalece RECOMMENDATION: If you're planning to check out a few restaurants, spend evenings on or around Broadway and East Nashville, enjoy some live music, and hit a few tourist spots downtown, you don't need to rent a car. Stick with rideshares, as the hard-to-find and expensive downtown parking will likely cost you more. Uber/Lyft rides from the house to downtown average only $6-8! However, if you want to explore more of Nashville beyond downtown (and, trust me, there is plenty more to experience!), then rent a car as things are spread out. Just about everything is in about a 15-minute driving radius, which isn't bad at all! Make note, that Nashville does not have an extensive public transit system (at least not yet anyway... FINGERS CROSSED!), and it's not a very walkable city in that there isn’t a natural flow to walk between neighborhoods. The easiest way to get around town is in a car. — RATE NOTES — Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 2. This is a second-floor studio located above the detached home office, so climbing steps is required. We live in the main house (at the front of the property), and your studio is completely separate and private. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs, up to 2 dogs per stay, for a fee of $25 per night per dog. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or immediately upon receipt if your arrival is within 5 days) or your reservation is subject to cancellation in accordance with the agreed-upon cancellation policy. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM or later, & check-out is 11:00 AM. In some cases it may be possible to arrange in advance for earlier check-in or later check-out for an additional fee. We are fully permitted and abide by all local and state regulations governing short-term rentals. Permit #: 2020_followedby_036408
