The entry is off the back alley, with street parking available on the block. Access is via an exterior staircase — please plan accordingly if you're arriving with heavy luggage. Our family lives in the main house at the front of the property; your studio is completely separate with its own private keypad entry. There is no outdoor space or backyard access with the studio. We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, hand and dish soap, and toiletries. Other things to note Our nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. Accurate headcount must be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Our max occupancy is firm and we cannot accommodate groups larger than 2. We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved dogs — up to 2 dogs per stay, $25 per dog per night. Dogs must remain on-leash at all times outside the rental. Please let us know ahead of arrival if you plan to bring pets. (More details in House Rules.) Guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or ASAP if arriving within the next 5 days). Failure to do so may lead to guest-initiated cancellation under the agreed policy. Standard check-in is 4 PM or later, with check-out at 11 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible for an additional fee. This is a second-floor studio above the detached home office, so climbing an exterior staircase is required. We live in the main house at the front of the property; your studio is completely separate and private, with its own keypad entry off the back alley.
