The Setting Situated on more than two private acres in Coldspring, this two-story ranch house gives you room to breathe while keeping you close to Sam Houston National Forest and Lake Livingston, each roughly ten minutes away. The home is fully fenced for your stay, providing a defined, private area within a larger property. Other units exist on the land, but your access remains limited to the fenced grounds surrounding the house. Living spaces Inside, soaring windows rising over 30 feet frame the open landscape and bring gentle winter light into the home. You’ll find central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and multiple TVs to keep days comfortable and evenings relaxed. A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected when needed. Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to 11 guests with four bedrooms and six beds, including an oversized king bed in the primary bedroom and memory foam beds throughout. Upstairs, themed rooms add character, while a Jack-and-Jill kids' room with a queen futon offers extra flexibility for families or groups. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided. Bathrooms and laundry Five bathrooms support group stays with ease, each stocked with essentials such as towels and soap. A free washer and dryer in the home add convenience for longer visits or days spent exploring nearby forests and lake areas. Entertainment and recreation A dedicated game room offers arcade games, ping pong, darts, and space to unwind. Family-friendly touches include a Pack ’n play and travel crib for younger travelers. Important Notes - This is a country getaway, so while WiFi is functional for streaming, it may not be ideal for intensive remote work. - Romantic packages, birthday packages, wine tour guides, and local restaurant guides available upon request. - This property sits on two acres, with access to the full 11 or more acres, fishing pond, and hot tub available if booking the Geo Dome, Zen Den, and Mirror House alongside the Texas History Ranch House. - No fireworks permitted on the property. Guest access You will have access to everything with in the fenced area by the house. It is about 1.5 acres with plenty of parking and out door activities. You can book the rest of the 11+ acres by booking our one of a kind Geo Dome and Mirror House at the same time with private hot tub, private sauna, private fishing pond, and more. Other things to note We are close to all types of outdoor water sports, hiking, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Even if we are deep in nature, we are not far from civilization :) We have a strict no fireworks policy.
