The space It’s a Private 1BH Studio Room with hall at the entry and a room with an attached bathroom. (No sharing with other guest). Extra beds will be provided for extra person. Extra charge for guests other than booking. The Room also opens up to a beautiful balcony, offering coffee plantation view and a peaceful place to unwind from the daily stress. It also has a Mountain View from the Stay The property consists of 3 rooms in total 1bh + 1bh + 1 single room. All have separate /private entrance and are not interconnected. Guest access Guests will have access to only the ground floor and garden around..no access to the 1st floor Other things to note - Pets are not allowed on the bed - Strictly no SMOKING inside the room(Fine -500rs) -Guests are requested to carry Snuggle beds/ nesting beds for their pet -Any damage to the property/items will be recovered from the guest - Any Check in before 9am and post 7pm needs to be informed to the host in advance and confirmed - Gutka/pan strictly not Allowed inside the property/premises
