K4C Premier Cottages - The Beach House

The Beach House offers a cozy, coastal getaway right here in Trenton, MO. Located at the end of Hoover Drive right off 65 Hwy it is easily accessible with no through traffic. Each cottage has a private porch with a sitting area, great for enjoying your morning coffee. The space With accommodations for up to 6 guests, the Beach House would make a great destination for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples seeking a romantic getaway or a family fun vacation! This property includes 2 private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a living area furnished with a full-size sleeper sofa. The Beach House comes equipped with a full kitchen including appliances, cooking utensils and a place setting for 8 as well as a smart TV, and Wifi. Each of the cottages has a full bathroom furnished with towels, washcloths, a hairdryer and a complimentary toiletry kit. Facing the south you’ll be able to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset from your private porch. Parking is 24/7 accessibility in the drive in front of your respective cottage. As local owners, we are available as needed for our guests and are glad to give recommendations on area attractions or restaurants. Guest access K4C is located at the tip of Hoover Drive and doesn't have through traffic, when arriving at our property you will pull through our entryway gate and find our cottages tucked behind the pines. The Milk Barn on the South West corner of the property is guest accessible in the lower half with the same unique code used to access your private cottage. The Milk Barn houses both laundry and additional amenities, both are available on a first come, first serve basis. Other things to note We have six themed cottages on premises that are open and operating, they can host a number of guests anywhere from 2-11, each guest over the 4th incurs a $10 per night fee. The Stables, Beach House, City Loft, Modern Farm House, Lodge and Honeymoon Hideaway. The seventh structure at K4C is known as the Milk Barn, this cottage is our storage and guest accessible laundry. In the center of our circle drive you can find fire pits with wood to utilize, and the future home of our picnic area. Check-in is at 3 pm, Check-out is at 11 am.
