Bayside A - Apartments is Self-Catering/Self-Service accommodation. A one-time setup of essentials is provided, including bed linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of toilet tissue. No daily cleaning and changing of towels/linens. 2. Additional Towels & Linens – Extra towels are available for €4 each (or you may bring your own). Sheets & Linens changes are available at an extra cost. Alternatively, we have a washing machine (5€ to wash 4-5 times) and dryer (5€ to dry 2-3 times), laundry soap is not included. 3. Toiletries – Shampoo, body wash, and soap are not provided; please bring your own. 4. Toilet Paper Supply – After the initial setup, guests must purchase any additional toilet tissue as needed. A supermarket is close by for your convenience. 5. Between May and August (Summer Period) it is NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILY WITH CHILDREN OR OLDER GUESTS due to the nightlife nearby and the group bookings. 6. Room keys are to be always returned in the key box, Lost keys are chargeable for 75€. 7. If you are booking for Monthly or Long stays (28 nights or more) are for a MINIMUM OF 3 PERSONS ONLY; EXTRA PERSONS are charged €375 each per month. Monthly or long stays rates DO NOT INCLUDE utility bills, wifi/tv connection, or the post-check-out cleaning fee. To clarify, the charges apply to the duration of the stay, NOT starting from 28 nights. However, please keep in mind that the utility bill (which covers water, electricity)/AC is by coin meter - it may vary depending on your consumption during your stay; extra consumption will incur extra charges.
