All the standard amenities are included: heat, hot water, electricity, etc. There are two off-street parking spots that are assigned to the unit. This unit is simply an amazing place for a single person or couple! Guest access The guests can use the entire basement area. This includes the unit and the laundry room. The parking is shared but two off-street spots are assigned to the guests. Other things to note The guest keys will be in the lockbox on the main entrance and the guest can arrive at anytime and let themselves into the unit.
