On most weekends, live music can be enjoyed at the food court of the nearby shopping center, just a 2-minute walk away. The property features two shared kitchens equipped with a sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, and two shared barbecues. Please note that bed and bath linens are not provided, but can be rented for an additional fee of R$ 20,00. Breakfast is not included in the stay. This beach house is your perfect getaway to enjoy the vibrant and convenient surroundings of Praia de Boiçucanga. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space, including a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, sandwich maker and blender. The kitchen is shared and has a table for 8 people, plus a barbecue available for use. We don't offer breakfast, but there is a market next door where you can buy items and prepare your meals in our kitchen. The place also has parking and reception, as well as a dedicated barbecue area. During your stay I am available most of the time on-site and whenever necessary, via WhatsApp and messages.
