This one bedroom apartment is fully equipped, perfect for a short or long stay! Living room has a futon style couch that can be folded down for sleeping. The bedroom features a queen bed. Parking is a breeze with free off street private spaces. We are also located on the bus line, as well as an easy pick up spot for Uber or Lyft. Columbian Park is located just a block away, and Purdue University is only a few minute car ride. This is a great option for long term stays. Please inquire ! It includes a small living room, galley kitchen with everything you need to prepare/heat a meal; a separate 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a cozy bath complete this beautiful space. (New sectional in living room pulls out to a double bed.) I am happy to work with you on other needs if you are staying for an extended period of time (Business travelers reach out for long term options) All of my units come complete with SMART TV and free Wifi. There is private off street parking. This unit is located on a bus stop for the local City Bus Route, and has access to a local Taxi/Uber service. Guest access Apt A. The apartment has a separate entrance with ample off street parking on the Southside of the building. Key code access makes it convenient for your stay. Key code sent the day before arrival.
