Well-planned, newly-built house (2021) Skummeslövsstrand, 100 m2 living area. Approximately 10-minute walk (1 km) to the sea and beach and temperate outdoor pool. You are greeted by a large furnished wooden deck with sun from morning to evening, outdoor grill. Nearby are restaurants, grocery store, bakery, kiosk and health center. If you want an active vacation, there is a lot to offer here. If you want to go to Copenhagen during the day or take a trip to beautiful Helsingborg, Båstad station is 3 km from our house. The space Large combined living room and kitchen. 3 bedrooms: 2 family rooms with room for 2 adults and 2 children. 1 bedroom with room for 2 adults. 2 toilets with shower. 1 laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. Other things to note During high season, weeks 27-32, we primarily rent out for full weeks. We don't rent the cottage to youth gangs. The cottage is suitable for two families with children, including the mother/father/parents.
