The space There is a dinign area set up for 4 people, though the table can be extended if required. Bed linen, pillows and bath towels are provided. The bathroom has a large, modern shower. The balcony is at the front of the complex overlooking the street, with mountain views. There is a seating/dining area to enjoy the afternoon sun and evening sunsets. Guest access The pool and apartments are in a safe gated area with key/code access. There are ramps to all areas, with elevator access from your private, underground parking space to your apartment, which is situated on the first floor. There is also ample free parking at the front of the apartment. Beautiful communal gardens await you with use of a pool (also with disability chair access), sunbeds, jacuzzi, accessible toilets, showers, childrens pool and play park. Other things to note There are also lovely beaches, great for swimming, with a promenade of restaurants/bars a 20 minute walk away in San Juan de los Terreros. In town you will find more restaurants, shops, supermarkets and amenities. If you choose to drive by car, there is ample free parking. Lidl and Mercadona in the larger town of Aguilas are a 15 minute drive from your apartment. There are many other beautiful beaches and coves within a short drive.
