I am present at the house, but the rest of the common areas are accessible to all. The house is located in the village of Val d'Izé, in a quiet area. All shops nearby. Important: there are chickens, guinea pigs, 2 dwarf goats, and 3 cats that have access to the house :) Heated pool depending on the season.
