On the first floor there is a small porch, it has a large living room, kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and have a good time with family and friends, there is a sofa bed. Full bathroom with a large shower tray. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of them have a 135 x 190 bed and large closets. In one of them there is a work area with a study table and office chair. The third bedroom has a 90 bed and a 120 bed Full bathroom with a large bathtub. All bedrooms and bathrooms have lots of light. It is equipped with fans in all rooms and 3 air conditioners with a cold/heat pump. There are pellet stoves on both floors. Guest access A 1-minute walk from the property there is a large children's playground and a park with exercise equipment, a basketball court and a soccer field. So you can exercise daily and the children can play outdoors and without any danger. All of this can be accessed freely as they are municipal facilities.
