This is our family home that we want to share with you and your family! Maybe you're going to Elmia Wood? The fair is only 15 minutes away. Here you live alone in the middle of the forest, blueberries, and cow pastures. Birds, flowers, deer, moose and silence keep you company! Here, the soul finds peace. Within 30 km you can reach attractions such as High Chaparral, Store Mosse National Park, Isaberg Mountain resort. Swimming in nearby lake, forest walks and mountain bike loops around the area. The space The house bears traces from the entire 20th century and is far from the minimalist white and gray! Here, soap-scrubbed wooden floors are combined with 70s plastic carpets, home-woven rag rugs and beadboard on the walls, all in a homey mix! 2 tiled stoves and a wood stove raise the cozy factor significantly! Guest access Here you can enjoy the birdsong, pick blueberries and mushrooms or dare to take a bike ride on a half-antique bicycle! Personally, I prefer to enjoy myself in front of the tiled stove or in the glass veranda. A large barbecue invites you to dinner outdoors, on a rainy evening you light the tiled stove and enjoy the wood crackling. Other things to note The accommodation lacks some modern amenities such as, dishwasher, washing machine and wifi. However, there is very good 4G coverage for mobile. Smaller TV, HDMI cable for streaming from your own device.
