There is gas central heating throughout. A cot and highchair are available, but a stair gate cannot be provided. The kitchen has an induction hob – anyone with a pacemaker is advised to take caution and seek professional medical advice. This is a self-contained apartment with two private entrances. Much of the accommodation is on the ground floor, but please note that the king-sized bedroom is in the basement; there is a window providing light source.
