Come and stay in a beautiful 50 m2 apartment completely renovated in 2023, located on the 1st floor of a former mansion built under Louis XIII with access to our indoor pool and garden. A stone's throw from the heart of Nérac (Lot-et-Garonne), the Château d'Henri IV and all amenities, you will appreciate the calm of this beautiful historic home. The space This apartment sleeps up to 4 people (1 bedroom with a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Kitchen equipped with all amenities (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...) Guest access Upon arrival, you will take the main entrance of our house and a private staircase will take you directly to your apartment in an independent wing. Free parking is available near the house. Other things to note - Bus station: Agen (30 min) Shuttle Bus Agen/Nérac (50 min) Port Sainte Marie (20 min) - Airports: Bordeaux and Toulouse (1.5 hours) Farmers' market on Saturday mornings on the alleys of the Centre de Nérac.
