Cozy Room Upstairs , Room A

Hello! I host 2 rooms in my personal home (rooms A & B) with a shared bath upstairs that is minutes from the highway. The kitchen on the main floor is shared. I live on the main floor with my 1st grader, dog, and cats. My pets are friendly and affectionate. Room is available to nurses, students, people traveling for work etc. Female guests preferred. Only 1 guest per room. Only the guest is permitted in the space. No visitors. Requests are reviewed for everyone’s comfort. The space This is a shared space so common courtesy is essential for stays to go smoothly. Some basic rules: Check In is 5pm or later. Checkout by 1pm. Please remove shoes upon entry. No parties, gatherings, or entertaining. My space is too small for such. Only the confirmed guest is allowed entry. No visitors, friends, or other guests are allowed entry. Before checkout please clean up after yourself. Take trash out and put it in the large cans on the side of the house. Please lock the door on your way out. No smoking or vaping. Quiet hours are 9pm to 5am. Please respect neighbors/the other guest by keeping noise levels reasonable at all times. No slamming doors or stomping etc. This is my personal home, please treat it with care. Please use the bathroom efficiently keeping the other guest in mind. You may park one vehicle as instructed. Please use caution looking out for the other guests, my pets/animals and child(ren). Please report any damage so we can replace or repair the item. Thank you for your cooperation. Rooms are equipped with Twin Size bed, Desk with drawers, Dresser, Mini Fridge, Closet with hangers, 32 in Fire TV, I share Hulu, feel free to login to your own account for Netflix etc. Shared upstairs bathroom for guests. Shared Kitchen. Use of microwave to reheat leftovers and frozen dinner. Use of kettle. No visitors allowed. Guest access Kitchen. No visitors allowed.
