Cottage near Royan

The Gite is located in a renovated farmhouse and ideally located to enjoy the calm of the countryside while finding the first tourist places a few kilometers away: - ROYAN and the first beaches 20-25 minutes away - SAUJON thermal baths 10 minutes away - The Gallo-Roman city of SAINTES 20 minutes away - Ile d'Oléron 30 minutes away - The pier for Ile d'Aix and Fort Boyard 40-45 min - La Rochelle 50 minutes away - Zoo de la Palmyre 45 minutes away We have plenty of other ideas, ask us! The space The accommodation consists of: On the ground floor: - A kitchen equipped with a table for 6 people (oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pastry robot with blender, large refrigerator and small freezer) - A living room with TV with Orange TV, - A bedroom with 3 single beds (2 bunk beds and 1 extra pull-out bed) with toys for children - A shower room - a separate toilet Upstairs: - A bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a desk on the landing. You can enjoy free parking in front of the cottage, a small garden and garden furniture. A small slide is available outside for your children. A barbecue is also available with accessories. For babies, the cottage has a free baby bed, changing mat and high chair (ask us to install them, otherwise the mattress and baby bed will be in a closet) Other things to note The cottage is attached to our home but the entrance of the 2 dwellings do not face the same roads. We have 2 cats that come and go between the 2 houses. Linens and towels are available
