(Visible from the house as well!) 7min from Agios Thomas Beach 10min from Argostoli (city centre) 10min from the airport The space Enjoy your holidays in a very relaxing & quiet place with your own garden to enjoy your coffee in the morning or relax in the night/sunset watching the stars. The place is a separate full-autonomous house in a larger compound (separated by a wall). There is no way to access the rest of the house (from the inside) so there is full privacy - 2 completely separate homes. The garden is also separated by a small fence and has its own outdoor table and umbrella so you can stay and enjoy the sunset. So again there is full privacy here (see pictures for an illustration of the above). The house has its own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom as well as its own outdoor access. Equipped with each own washing machine, kettle, coffee espresso machine,soaps,shampoos, and all the essentials for your stay. (Please note that they are not re-filled during your stays so it's then up to you to buy whatever you want. There are 1 double bedroom + 2 sofa beds with the option to have one more single bed (please inform us in advance of that). Making it comfortable for 4 people to stay. Self-check-in is supported but won't be in a lockbox but in a place we reveal after the reservation. Guest access Guests have full private access to everything mentioned above PLUS parking. To be clear once again the only things shared are the outside entrance of the house and the garden which again is separated by a fence for full privacy. Other things to note Half of the compound is where I and my family live.
