Further with 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed and 1 single bed, free WiFi, large livingroom has 65’’ smart TV with Netflix. Fridge, each room has own air conditioner.... The house has equipped kitchen, oven, timber floor and front yard those all just for your group only. Cleaned linen, towel will be supplied. PARTY & PET NOT ALLOWED The space => each room has a air conditioner. =>Have everything describe above, except the house has NO washing machine but there is self served laundromat just about 3 mins walk. =>We keep the house clean and provide most essential items for your comfortable stay please let us know if there is more needed. =>There is a granny flat attach to the house with a locked door both side please do not try to open it. => PARTY NOT ALLOWED =>3 mins walk to shops, fish and chip, take-away (to-go), local pub, steak-house inside Cooks Hill Hotel, barber, local doctor, restaurants, 7-ELEVEN and bus stop =>5 mins drive or 8 mins bus to Cabramatta train station and Cabramatta where called "little Saigon" with plenty of Vietnamese, Asian foods and restaurants. =>3 mins drive to Fashion Spree (Fashion Outlet) just likes DFO or Dress Smart in New Zealand =>20 mins drive to Sydney International Equestrian Center. =>35 mins drive to Sydney Airports =>The house located between Sydney CBD(downtown) and Blue Mountain Guest access Entire house for your group only, shared front yard and back yard.
