Meereszeiten is a 70-square-meter (750-square-foot) vacation rental on the 2nd floor, with 2 rooms and 1 bedroom, accommodating up to 3 people. The living room is open to the kitchen (induction stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, Tassimo) and features a TV and Wi-Fi. A walk-in shower and 1 bathroom are provided. Enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, a beach chair, and 1 free parking space. Max. 1 dog allowed; children and babies are welcome. Here, you can enjoy the soothing tranquility of rural East Frisia while still being just a few minutes away from the popular harbor town of Greetsiel, with its twin windmills, cafes, restaurants, and characteristic maritime atmosphere. This lovingly furnished vacation apartment on the upper floor of the house offers approximately 70 sq m of space for up to 3 people and is ideal for couples, small families, or solo travelers who value comfort, natural light, beautiful sunsets, and an excellent location. A separate entrance to the house ensures maximum privacy. For our youngest guests, we provide a crib and a high chair free of charge. An external staircase located at the side of the house, with its own entrance, leads to the apartment's welcoming hallway. Here you will find ample space for jackets and shoes. The spacious living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. A bright, cozy sofa bed (3-seater) invites you to relax and, if needed, can be easily converted into an additional sleeping space (sleeping area 74 × 55 inches). There is of course also a TV here. The modern, bright fitted kitchen is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: A fridge/freezer combination, oven, stove top, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter & Tassimo), toaster, kettle, and numerous other amenities also make cooking on vacation pleasant and hassle-free. The adjoining dining table can accommodate up to six people and seamlessly connects the living and kitchen areas. The spacious, bright bedroom in the quiet rear area of the apartment is equipped with a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm) and offers the best conditions for restful nights. The modern, new bathroom has a shower and features a bright and contemporary design. All the skylights can be darkened. All living areas are fitted with high-quality oak laminate flooring, which creates a warm and pleasant living environment. In the front garden area of the house, you have your own small sitting area at your disposal. This area is located near the staircase and is clearly separated from the garden of the ground-floor apartment – ideal for eating outside, enjoying the sun, or simply unwinding. A cozy beach chair completes this area, creating a true North Sea vacation feel. Ideal for families of friends, multiple generations, or shared vacations, with plenty of space and privacy. Feel free to book a laundry package as an option.
