Sunny Breeze condo is light and airy with blue water Ocean View! Top floor condominium beautifully decorated in a blue and white coastal scheme. Enjoy fabulous sunset views off your front patio, wake up to the morning light with easterly views off master bedroom. Two very spacious bedrooms sleep 4 and 1 on the couch if you have a 5th guest. 2 baths and laundry room. 1 assigned parking space. Beach chairs & towels. Walk to everything! 1 block to beach, less than a mile to town or track. The space Good neighbor quite hours are 10 pm - 8 am (socializing indoors) Non smoking condo and building. Please note, portable a/c unit is set up May 15- September 15th in the living room and master bedroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo Other things to note If you are traveling with a pet, please note that there is a pet fee of $25.00 per night.
