DIRECTIONS TO KINGFISHER / BEE-EATER Please drive through the gate. Carry on up the driveway. When the cement strips come to an end you will see a parking area on your left. You can park there on the left (behind Kingfisher/Bee Eater). We will meet you there behind Kingfisher / Bee-Eater. Other things to note BREAKFAST: Most units are self-catering with breakfast included in your booking. For any additional meal requests (lunch or dinner) please kindly communicate in advance. Breakfast is generally served at 9am on your patio/unit or the Hall Patio. Please confirm any dietary restrictions with the host or staff. Alternative times must be arranged before check-in. WHAT TO BRING: Wood, charcoal, firelighters, matches (dry wood for indoor fires in Kingfisher/Bee Eater). Complimentary bags of wood will be provided for the 1st night of your stay - (2 bags). If you need wood during your stay we do have wood available for sale at R20.00 a bag. If you are planning to make a fire inside Kingfisher or Bee Eater, please make sure that the wood which you bring is DRY (otherwise the Unit fills up with smoke). Please let us know when you’ll be out so cleaning can be done then. Report any issues directly to the Venue Manager (Xander) for immediate attention. MUSIC & NOISE POLICY: Please respect other guests. If noise levels are excessive, management may ask you to lower and/or switch off your music completely. Stricly No Music or Loud Noise Between 10pm – 10am. No music from car speakers. For any noise concerns, please contact us immediately, no matter the time of day or night. GATE SECURITY: On check-in, you will receive a gate remote. Exiting: drive up to the gate, sensors will open the gate automatically. Always ensure the gate closes behind you. Report any issues or tailgating vehicles immediately. NOTICE TO GUESTS – VISITORS POLICY: For the comfort, safety, and privacy of all our guests, no visitors are allowed unless pre-arranged and approved by Management.
