A fully stocked coffee bar with everything you need to make the perfect cup of coffee to sip on your private back patio. We have a washer & dryer, cooler, beach towels, chairs, so on in the basement! The space The downstairs living room features lots of cozy seating, Maine reads, board games, and a smart TV making for a great night in. There is a full size fully stocked kitchen with everything you'd need to make your favorite meal. I keep a variety of spices and oils, ice cubes, and a Brita ready to be used! You'll find a fully stocked coffee bar and a private patio just off the kitchen. There is a washer and dryer in the basement with a start up supply of laundry products. Upstairs features two spacious bedrooms both with queen size memory foam mattresses, smart TVs, closets stock with extras, and of course - a bedside chocolate. The upstairs bathroom features a shower/tub combo, a large fully stocked linen closet, and a basket full of extra just in case you forgot something (like a toothbrush!). Guest access You will have access to free onsite parking (spaces available and viewable from your window), you have access to all three floors and your own back patio. I have a supply closet that is locked in the kitchen and a locked supply cabinet in the basement.
