Charming family-friendly home in Cooperstown on quiet road! Close to all major area attractions. Just 3 miles from Dreams Park, 3 miles from Baseball Hall of Fame, and 3 miles from Ommegang Brewery! Enjoy the fresh air on our front porch or back patio. Can sleep up to 8. The first floor features a spacious living room, large dining room, kitchen, half bathroom, and foyer complete with a desk and built in bookshelves. The second floor includes three bedrooms, a washer and dryer, and full bath with tub and shower. Outside on the front porch you'll find chairs and benches to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. In the back of the house is a deck equipped with chairs and a small table, and most importantly, a brand new Blackstone gas griddle. On the lawn, there's a fire pit with four Adirondack chairs, and we have a corn hole set. The living room includes a large TV with Roku and comfy couch outfitted with a Queen sleeper bed, plus an air conditioner. Our kitchen has everything you need to make a meal as if you were home - oven, induction stove, microwave, toaster, air fryer and Keurig coffee machine. We have stocked the pantry basics. The dining room features a large table that easily seats eight, a perfect place to eat and gather. For those that have to bring work with them, we have a dedicated work space. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, along with the main bathroom and a washing machine and dryer. Two rooms feature Queen-sized beds and the third has bunk beds. The Queen bedrooms feature air conditioning and the bunk room has a brand new fan. All bedrooms are equipped with tvs (either smart tvs or tvs with Rokus). Guests will have access to the entire property. Check-in is contactless to make your arrival seamless. We are always available by phone or message for any questions that may arise prior and during your stay. Cooperstown is home to many local attractions. We are close to the Baseball Hall of Fame, a must see for any baseball fan, as well as Dreams Park. For the beer lovers, there are two breweries nearby - Ommegang and Red Shed Brewery. There are two grocery stores about a five minute drive from the house. We are driving distance to Oneonta (about 30 minutes), Glimmerglass Opera (20 minutes), Farmers’ Museum (11 minutes), Hyde Hall (20 minutes), Fenimore Art Museum (10 minutes), Otsego Lake (the famed Otesaga Resort is 10 minutes away), and Fly Creek Cider Mill & Orchard (12 minutes). You will need a car to get around as there is a scarcity of cabs.
