Charming family-friendly home in Cooperstown on quiet road! Close to all major area attractions. Just 3 miles from Dreams Park, 3 miles from Baseball Hall of Fame, and 3 miles from Ommegang Brewery! Enjoy the fresh air on our front porch or back patio. The space The first floor features a spacious living room, large dining room, kitchen, half bathroom, and foyer complete with a desk and built in bookshelves. The second floor includes three bedrooms, a washer and dryer, and full bath with tub and shower. Outside on the front porch you'll find chairs and benches to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. In the back of the house is a deck equipped with chairs and a small table, and most importantly, a brand new Blackstone gas griddle. On the lawn, there's a fire pit with four Adirondack chairs, and we have a corn hole set. The living room includes a large TV with Roku and comfy couch outfitted with a Queen sleeper bed, plus an air conditioner. Our kitchen has everything you need to make a meal as if you were home - oven, induction stove, microwave, toaster, air fryer and Keurig coffee machine. We have stocked the pantry basics. The dining room features a large table that easily seats eight, a perfect place to eat and gather. For those that have to bring work with them, we have a dedicated work space. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, along with the main bathroom and a washing machine and dryer. Two rooms feature Queen-sized beds and the third has bunk beds. All bedrooms have window air conditioning units. All bedrooms are equipped with tvs (either smart tvs or tvs with Rokus). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note There are many events in Cooperstown and nearby throughout the year - General Clinton Canoe Regatta (a 70-mile race that kicks off at Otsego Lake in May), Hall of Fame Classic (May), Baseball Hall of Fame induction (July), Glimmerglass Festival (July-August), Brewery Ommegang Summer Concert series (June-September), Cooperstown Junior Livestock Show (July), Gilbertsville Horse Shows (July- October), Otsego County Fair (July-August), Hopsego (August), Susquehanna Balloon Festival (August), Harvest Festival (September), and more.
