My beautiful 35 m2 studio apartment is every vacationer's dream. It's fully furnished, modern and also conveniently placed just 2,7 km from the Ljubljana city center. It's close to the happenings in the city, but placed far enough to have a peaceful rest, after the busy, adventurous day. It is truly a home away from home and we welcome you with open arms! The space The apartment is located in a two story house, in a compact neighborhood, easily accessible from the motorway. It's on the first floor, accessible by stairs, which unfortunately means, it isn’t accessible by a wheelchair. Guest access This is a private apartment, with a separate entrance, and free parking space in front of the house. You will have the entire apartment for yourself and also full privacy. The shared courtyard leads to two entrances, one for your apartment, and another belonging to a separate house we also own, where live our very friendly tenants, a family of three. The ground floor of the house is occupied by the office of our successful accounting firm. Other things to note As with many other European cities, The City Municipality of Ljubljana requires of us to collect Tourist Tax. In our case, Tourist Tax is not included in the price, and is paid through Airbnb request at the check-in. Children under the age of 7 are exempt from the Tourist Tax. For children aged from 7 to 18, the tax is halved, which currently amounts to € 1.57 per night. Tourist Tax for adults is € 3.13 per night. On the day of arrival due to local laws, you must hand over your personal documents (passport or identity document), incase of self check-in, send me a copy of your ID/passport documents with picture, first name, last name, date of birth and country and document number to send to the police and tourist office. A copy of legal documents is mandatory for all guests visiting Slovenia. You must send me a valid copy of your documents with all the necessary information before your arrival.
