Please treat our home with respect and care and always monitor your noise levels. Quiet Hours are in place from 9:00 pm - 6:00 am. Pets and Service Animals are welcome. The pet fee is $100 per pet per stay. However, there is no smoking anywhere on the property. Two gas fireplaces are available during the winter season. If you’re interested in an early check-in/late check-out, please ask us for approval at least 1 day in advance. No parties and no unauthorized guests are allowed without prior notification. If we suspect there to be more guests sleeping at the home than was originally booked in the reservation, additional charges will be assessed and those guests will be asked to leave immediately. The home’s maximum capacity is 6 registered guests. When you arrive, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please let the host know as soon as possible so that repairs can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees and may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
