The space We designed and built this beautiful house with a lot of love for our family, and today we want other people like you to enjoy it and have memorable moments. It is located in the village of El Tigre in the Cerritos sector, 4.7 kilometers from Matecaña airport, Ukumari park 3.6 kilometers away, Club Campestre 8.1 kilometers away, and the well-known Hacienda San José, founded in 1888, where spectacular weddings and business events are held, just 600 meters away. It's not just a house, it's a paradise for nature enthusiasts where 8 people can comfortably stay with the possibility of 2 additional ones. On the first floor there is a TV room and 3 spacious bedrooms, all with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a tub in the bathroom. The second bedroom has two beds that are 1.20 meters wide each that can be joined. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed. On the second floor you will find a large space; a bedroom with two beds, one 1.20 and the other 1 meter and a private bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning except for the master bedroom, which has fans. On the second level, you will find a balcony with an excellent view and exercise option, and a study overlooking the pool and garden. The indoor social area has a large and cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. This area connects with the beautiful outdoor landscape with fruit trees and a salt-treated pool, to enjoy the sun or exercise; also a 2-story pergola. On the first floor, you will find a spectacular barbecue and comfortable dining furniture, with a curtain for projections for family or business use. On the second floor, a magical room to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets of the coffee region with family and friends. Want more? Here's the “icing on the cake”: the house has a nature reserve with beautiful trees and native plants that you can enter responsibly, and which is characteristic of the coffee zone that is home to the most beautiful and important birds in the region: hummingbirds, tangaras, owls, woodpeckers, and barraqueros, among others. Also guatines, armadillos, squirrels and if you're lucky the sloth bear. Our house is nature and environment friendly, the energy is supplied by solar panels and we also have an orchard, forest and we produce compost with organic waste.
